When you first login you must create an account to provide your bank details.

To do this, you will click on the link « You don't have an account? Register here » in order create an account with your e-mail address and password of your choice.

In the field « Cashless support number », thanks forindicate the number of your bracelet that you kept. Please note this number cannot contain the letter « O », That's why when you see « 0 », it is automatically the number 0 since bracelets never contain the letter O.

If your balance is zero, you may have made an error in entering your bracelet number.

In the tab « My Account »enter your bank details and enter your IBAN and BIC. Be careful not to make a mistake or the refund cannot be made.

Finally click on « Claim for reimbursement ».

It is important to remember that you have until Sunday, 8 September to make your application and that all transfers will only go after the end of the repayment period.

As announced at the festival, a commission of 2€ will be kept.
