Who can come?
It's open to everyone.
As a couple, as a family, as friends, everyone will find happiness.
Where to park?
Free parking will be provided. Parking outside these sites will be prohibited.
What are the opening hours of the festival?
Friday: 10am-2am
Saturday: 10am-3am
Sunday: 10am-7pm
Is it possible to come on Thursday night?
Thursday evening is a private evening open only by invitation, no purchase of visitor entrance will be possible on site.
We expect many of you on Friday, Saturday and Sunday...
Can we eat on site?
Of course, Food Truck of all kinds will be offered, there will be for all tastes.
Can I sleep there?
Only if you come with your combi or in equipped vehicle (van, motorhome not VW).
Tent camping is prohibited in visitor parking.
Closed at 2am on Friday and 3am on Saturday.
What is the entry price?
Online presales are open, at the level of Tickets Visitors. Pre-sales rates are preferential and will be available until August 18. Then the on-site rates will be applied to the visitor entrances.

Pets allowed?
Yes, animals are allowed but must be kept on a leash on the festival.
How to pay on the festival?
For drinks and food, payments will be made by credit card or cashless bracelet.
The Cashless is a bracelet that will be available for sale at the cashless stand on which you can recharge at will with cash or CB. If you have any remaining balance at the end of the festival, you will find all the information on our website to recover it.
Can we swim?
For safety reasons bathing is prohibited.
Dots to fill your gourdes and refresh you are provided on site.
Does a 3-day pass give me access to the Thursday night?
No, the PASS 3 days only give access to the site to the opening hours to the public:
Friday: 10am-2am
Saturday: 10am-3am
Sunday: 10am-7pm
Record service and nomadic charging?
This year a locker service will be made available at the entrance of the festival with different sizes of lockers in order to secure your valuables for example.
A nomadic phone charging service will also be available.

Combi and Transporter VW
QR Code for access to Combi and Transporter VW entrance?
When you have completed your Combi registration and only for Combi and Transporters VW entries, you must receive a QR Code as shown in the attached photo.
If this is not the case, please send us an email to Justine on the mailbox: contact@frenchvwbusmeeting.fr
When can I access the festival?
Vehicles can access the site from Thursday 22 August 18h.
The opening hours of the campsite are as follows:
No access outside these times!
What's the price?
Ticket for 3 days : 79€
Ticket per vehicle with 2 adults maximum.
Take an extra seat for any adult or child over the age of 12 who must be present in the vehicle when entering the festival.
Free entry for children up to 11 years old.

Purchase on site possible within the limit of available places.
Seats are limited to 1500 so don't wait.
Pets allowed?
Yes, animals are allowed but must be kept on a leash on the festival.
Can we stay in a group?
The placement on the campsite is free this year, no reservation is possible.
The first arrival can reserve the place of these neighbours, and you are free to position yourself as you wish.
You have the pitches around the lake as well as the meadows in front.
Where to eat?
You will find Food Truck of any kind directly on site!
As well as coffee, breads and pastries every morning on the festival.

What are the amenities?
As in previous years, you have access to toilets and showers in different places as well as to refreshing points to fill your water cans and/or refresh at the tail of the pan, for example, the remaining swimming ban.

Can I add a tent to my location?
The camping is prohibited but we tolerate the installation of a tent for occupants of the combi or transport VW.
Can we attend Thursday night?
Yes access to the Thursday evening is included in the Combi and Transporter VW entrances.

Is it possible to leave the campsite during the festival?
When you are in place on your campsite, it will be possible to leave the campsite to go shopping for example, thank you for focus on morning slot so as not to unnecessarily clog the accesses of the campsite.
